Trivia (Spoilers Ahead!)[]
- She likes caviar. She requests the Chef for caviar a few times, leading to him for the Player to talk to her or tell the Chef to do his job.
- The First Lady and Queen Nefertari might be the same person, due to the limitation that the time machines were created in a pair and one cannot jump without the other.
- The First Lady is the person who kidnapped President Nakato during the blackout, as, Nakato reveals to the player that she felt a presence very similar to that of the player when getting kidnapped. This is further confirmed during the final confrontation with Kumiyo in the presidential hall. The First Lady states that she hated humanity and wanted to lead it to destruction. Because Nakato's disappearance is responsible for the continuation of the war between the southern countries and the player's country, The First Lady most likely kidnapped Nakato to ensure that this war continues, eventually leading to the downfall of both countries.
